Main Functions
1.Beijing Time: Beijing Time is displayed in 24-hour system.
2.Display of Temperature: display temperature of the solar heat
collector and the water tank.
3.Circulation Pump (temperature difference circulation):
3.1 When the temperature of the heat collecting tube (T2) is higher
than the set value of the circulation temperature of the water tank (T3),
start the circulation pump to circulate and exchange heat; the set
temperature to start the circulation pump: 2-15C (default value is
10C).
3.2 When the temperature of the heat collecting tube (T2) is higher
than the set value of the circulation temperature of the water tank (T3),
stop the circulation pump; the set temperature to stop the circulation
pump: 0-10C (default value is 5C).
4. Circulation Pump (pipeline circulation):
4.1 Timing Circulation:
There are three time sections every day. The first time section is in the
morning, (00:00- 23:59) can be adjusted arbitrarily. (The working
course: in circulations as work for 3 minutes and stop for 15 minutes
within set time). The default time of the system is (6:00- 8:00).
The second time section is in the noon, (00:00- 23:59) can be adjusted arbitrarily. (The working course: in circulations as work for 3 minutes and stop for 15 minutes within set time). The default time of the system is (10:00- 10:00), and default is no work.
The third time section is in the afternoon, (00:00- 23:59) can be adjusted arbitrarily. (The working course: in circulations as work for 3 minutes and stop for 15 minutes within set time). The default time of the system is (19:00- 21:00).
5.Instant Circulation: the working course is the circulation pump for pipelines runs for 3 minutes then stops run automatically.
6.Heating Function:
6.1 Timing Heating Function for Electric Heating: three time sections for pre-set heating time within 24 hours can be set. When the pre-set time is up, heating is started; (when temperature of water in the tank "T1" is lower than the set temperature 5C, start the electric heating to the set temperature, and make automatic and continuous pre-set within the period of 24 hours).
※ The pre-set time in three time sections can be set within 24 hours. When the pre-set time is up, the electric heating starts automatically.
Protection of Function
1. Power Failure Memory Protection: in case power failure occurs, the controller keep data set previously unchanged.
2.Frost-Proof Protection: when the temperature of the heat collector is lower than 5C, the controller displays "heat insulation", the electric heating and the circulation pump start running together; when the temperature of the heat collector is higher than 10C, shut off the circulation pump and the electric heating runs continuously; when the temperature of the heat collector is higher than 20C, shut off the electric heater to exit the frost-proof protection.
